This episode is inspired by a Q&A question received for one of our live shows regarding handling grief. It's an emotional show that was tough for me to record due to recent life events, but I feel strongly that it's an important topic connected to mental health and emotional well being. Being yourself can be very tough in times like these when collectively we're dealing with pain, sadness, and loss, so in this solo episode I discuss my experiences with grief, healing, and processing emotionally difficult situations. I hope it provides some comfort for anyone experiencing something similar.
